In an effort to keep the insured informed Wilds will communicate the status of the project throughout the restoration process. After emergency services are complete Wilds will work together with the insurance company to assess all damages and confirm the scope of work. Once the insured is satisfied with the estimate for reconstruction a Wilds Restoration project manager will meet with the insured and outline a plan of action. Important decisions such as decorative selections will be made by the insured as well as the schedule in which the repairs will take place. Moving forward the project manager will supervise all reconstruction ensuring quality of workmanship and an end result that exceeds the insureds expectations. If contents/personal belongings were damaged in the loss Wilds Restoration will make certain the contents that were able to be fully restored are returned to the property. Upon completion of the restoration process a project manager will schedule a final walk through with the insured to address any questions or concerns.
